We did reply to your ticket on 12/04/2015 with information on how to cancel your account and receive a refund. Per our TOU, PayPal disputes are not the proper way to request a refund. We are happy to offer you a refund in the amount of $34.19, which is the total for your initial set-up fee and first months hosting. Domain registration and other fees are never refundable. This domain was obtained and registered on your behalf for the year and can be used independently with another hosting service.
